In accordance with the Constitution of Sunmow Holding Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS shareholders to receive a cumulative gross preferential dividend of 4.5% per annum on its issue price, payable semi-annually in arrears. The first preference dividend of 1.1342% per RPS is pro-rated from the date of issuance of the RPS i.e. for the period from 01 October 2024 to 31 December 2024. |
