First Preferential Dividend of 4.5% per Rights RPS as detailed in the Information Memorandum in relation to the Rights Issue of RPS with Warrants dated 05 September 2024 (taxable in the hand of the holders)

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 13 Dec 2024
2) The last date of lodgment : 16 Dec 2024
3) Date Payable : 31 Dec 2024

Remarks :

In accordance with the Constitution of Sunmow Holding Berhad, the RPS shall entitle the RPS shareholders to receive a cumulative gross preferential dividend of 4.5% per annum on its issue price, payable semi-annually in arrears. The first preference dividend of 1.1342% per RPS is pro-rated from the date of issuance of the RPS i.e. for the period from 01 October 2024 to 31 December 2024.
