Reference is made to the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the High Court has heard the Intervening Application on 3 December 2024 and has fixed 18 December 2024 to provide its decision in respect of the Intervening Application. The hearing date for the petition to obtain the High Court Order can only be determined once the High Court has provided its ruling in respect of the Intervening Application.
