We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the GENETEC Shares.

GENETEC-CG is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 December 2023 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. GENETEC-CG is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 8 December 2023, the First Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 2 February 2024, the Second Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 3 May 2024, the Third Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 17 July 2024, the Fourth Supplementary Base Prospectus dated 28 November 2024 and the Term Sheet dated 4 December 2024.

GENETEC-CG is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of GENETEC-CG is set out in the attachment.
