Following the completion of the bookbuilding process under the Institutional Offering on 3 December 2024, on behalf of TOPVISION, HLIB wishes to announce that the Institutional Price and Final Retail Price have been fixed, as set out below:

FINAL RETAIL PRICE: RM0.33 PER ISSUE SHARE
