Reference is made to the announcements dated 29 January 2024, 31 January 2024, 29 March 2024, 9 August 2024 and 30 August 2024. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Company, the Board wishes to announce that the independent Domestic Inquiry convened to hear the charges set out in the Notice of Domestic Inquiry issued to Puan Nadiah has completed. 

Pursuant to the said Domestic Inquiry and upon deliberation by the independent Domestic Inquiry panel, Puan Nadiah has been found guilty of all five (5) charges of misconduct levelled against her.

The Board will proceed with the next phase of the disciplinary process and determine the appropriate disciplinary action for Puan Nadiah.

The Board will make further announcements on this matter at the appropriate time.
