With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of KOSSAN, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

KOSSAN-C75 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 06 November 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The KOSSAN-C75 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 November 2024 and the Term Sheet for the KOSSAN-C75 dated 05 December 2024.

A summary of the principal terms of the KOSSAN-C75 is set out in Table 1.
