| Holders of the Warrants (“Warrant Holders”) who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Issue should exercise their rights to subscribe for new KSL Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the subscription monies with KSL’s share registrar (at the address stated above) on or before 5.00 p.m. on 8 December 2014. This is to enable the new KSL Shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective Warrant Holders such that their names will appear in the Record of Depositors of KSL on 19 December 2014. Warrant Holders who do not exercise their Warrants on or before 5.00 p.m. on 8 December 2014 and whose names appear in the Record of Depositors for Warrant Holders on the entitlement date would be entitled to the Adjustments. Pursuant to the Adjustments, Warrant Holders will be entitled to 1 additional Warrant for every 1 existing Warrant held on the entitlement date and the existing exercise price of the Warrants of RM1.60 each will be adjusted accordingly to RM0.80 each. The revised exercise price of RM0.80 each will also apply to the additional Warrants to be issued. A notification to the Warrant Holders setting out the details of such Adjustments will be despatched to the Warrant Holders within 21 days of the Adjustments. |
