The Board of Directors of Paragon Globe Berhad wishes to release an official press statement in relation to the termination of Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") mutually agreed by the Company and Solarvest. This decision follows PGB's strategic restructuring of the Desa Cemerlang project, specifically the disposal of 47.86 acres and 19.76 acres of freehold lands within DESA 100 by PGB to Bridge Data Centres Malaysia IV Sdn Bhd and Bridge Data Centres Malaysia VI Sdn Bhd respectively, for a total of 67.62 acres, for the information of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the public in general.
