We refer to the announcement made by E&O dated 26 November 2024 and our announcement dated 28 November 2024 in relation to the Special Dividend of 1.0 sen per ordinary share ("Special Dividend").
In accordance with the Second Schedule of the Deed Poll dated 18 May 2023, the terms and conditions of E&O-C17 shall not be adjusted as the adjustment amount is less than 2% of the Exercise Ratio and/or Exercise Price being changed.
