The Board of Directors of LSH Capital wishes to announce that the Company and Astramina Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (“Astramina Advisory”) have agreed to the cessation of Astramina Advisory’s role as the Company's Continuing Adviser effective 9 December 2024, in view that the Company has been listed on the LEAP Market for at least three (3) full financial years after its admission to the LEAP Market on 30 July 2021 (in accordance with Rule 3.12(1) of the LEAP Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad) and the Company had released its audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 30 September 2024 (i.e. being the third full financial year since its listing on the LEAP Market) on even date.
