Description 
PROPOSED ISSUE OF UP TO 80,000,000 EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH-SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF JAYA TIASA HOLDINGS BERHAD ("JTIASA") ("JTIASA SHARES") WITH AN EXERCISE RATIO OF 3 CALL WARRANTS : 1 JTIASA SHARE ("JTIASA-C4")

With reference to the above, AmBank is pleased to announce the proposed issue by AmBank of up to 80,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash-settled call warrants over ordinary shares of JTIASA, to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

JTIASA-C4 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 06 November 2024 executed by us, as supplemented from time to time. The JTIASA-C4 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 15 November 2024 and the Term Sheet for the JTIASA-C4 dated 12 December 2024.

A summary of the principal terms of the JTIASA-C4 is set out in Table 1.
