The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company had on 13 December 2024 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 12 December 2024. Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "MESB BERHAD" to "LOTUS CIRCULAR BERHAD" with effect from 12 December 2024. This announcement is dated 13 December 2024. |
