Reference is made to the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the High Court has, on 18 December 2024, decided to dismiss the Intervening Application. Accordingly, ISM has not been permitted to intervene in respect of the petition to the High Court to obtain an order by the High Court to confirm the Proposed SCR (“Petition”). The High Court has fixed 6 January 2025 as the hearing date for the Petition.
