| Pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants, an additional 1,044,807 Warrants B will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares and the Warrants C on 25 November 2014. Each Warrant B entitles the registered holder to subscribe for one (1) new SMPC Share at any time during the Exercise Period at the Exercise Price subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll for Warrants B dated 28 March 2012. Any Warrants B not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. The notice to Warrants B holders containing the details of the adjustments has been despatched to the Warrants B holders on 6 November 2014. This announcement is dated 24 November 2014. |
