The Board of Directors of Mlabs wishes to announce that the Company has on 24 December 2024 approved the extension of the timeframe for another 12 months until 13 December 2025 to provide additional time for the Group to utilise the balance of the proceeds raised from the Rights Issue with Warrants exercise.
