The Company wishes to announce that Lionvest Plantation Sdn. Bhd. ("LPSB"), a dormant subsidiary of the Company, had on 30 December 2024 commenced its member's voluntary winding up pursuant to Section 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act 2016 (“Voluntary Winding Up”) and Ms. Mak Chooi Peng has been appointed as the Liquidator of LPSB for purposes of the Voluntary Winding Up.
The Voluntary Winding Up is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of Minho Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2024. None of the directors or major shareholders of Minho or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Voluntary Winding Up.
