As the Closing Price is lower than GENTINGC3D's Exercise Price of RM4.75, holders of GENTINGC3D will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised GENTINGC3D will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the GENTINGC3D shall terminate absolutely.
