The Closing Price of RM2.95892 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of IJM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than IJM-C83's Exercise Price of RM3.00, holders of IJM-C83 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised IJM-C83 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the IJM-C83 shall terminate absolutely.
