We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over the SUNWAY Shares. SUNWAY-C38 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 1 December 2023 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. SUNWAY-C38 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 December 2024 and the Term Sheet dated 7 January 2025. SUNWAY-C38 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of SUNWAY-C38 is set out in the attachment. |
