We attach herewith the announcement made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("The HKEx") on 8 January 2025 by Parkson Retail Group Limited ("PRGL"), a 54.97% owned subsidiary of the Company listed on The HKEx, in relation to the change of the address of the principal share registrar and transfer office, and the registered office of PRGL in the Cayman Islands to Vistra (Cayman) Limited, P.O. Box 31119 Grand Pavilion, Hibiscus Way, 802 West Bay Road, Grand Cayman, KY1-1205, Cayman Islands with effect from 31 December 2024.

The branch share registrar and transfer office of PRGL in Hong Kong is still maintained by Tricor Investor Services Limited at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong.
