On behalf of the Board of Directors of KAG (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following: (i) proposed consolidation of every 30 existing ordinary shares in KAG (“KAG Share(s)” or “Share(s)”) into 1 Share (“Consolidated Share(s)”) (“Proposed Share Consolidation”); and (ii) proposed reduction of up to RM96,000,000 of the issued share capital of KAG pursuant to Section 117 of the Companies Act 2016 (“Act”) (“Proposed Share Capital Reduction”).
