Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 28 October 2024, 28 November 2024, 13 December 2024, 16 December 2024 and 7 January 2025 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that the effective date for the implementation of the SIS is 15 January 2025, being the date on which the Company is in full compliance with all relevant requirements including Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements.
