MAS wishes to announce that as part of the on-going restructuring exercise, Mohd Nadziruddin Mohd Basri has been appointed as Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) in charge of the Restructuring Management Office (RMO), effective 3 October, 2014.

As CRO, Mohd Nadziruddin reports to the Board Restructuring Committee, a sub-committee of the main Board of MAS. In view of this, Mohd Sukri Husin has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer/Director of Finance for MAS, effective the same date.
