ADJUSTMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE EUROPEAN STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF TOP GLOVE CORPORATION BERHAD (“TOPGLOV”) (“TOPGLOV-C4N”) PURSUANT TO THE BONUS ISSUE OF UP TO 405,846,911 WARRANTS IN TOPGLOV (“WARRANTS”) ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 20 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN TOPGLOV HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF TOPGLOV AT 5.00 P.M. ON 4 FEBRUARY 2025 (“BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS”)

1) The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Adjustment” as from: 03 Feb 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 04 Feb 2025

Remarks :

No adjustments will be made to TOPGLOV-C4N, as the ex-date for the Bonus Issue of Warrants is after the expiry date of TOPGLOV-C4N.
