FREE WARRANTS ISSUE OF 208,001,709 FREE WARRANTS D IN K-ONE TECHNOLOGY BERHAD (“K-ONE”) (“WARRANTS D”) ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT D FOR EVERY 4 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN K-ONE HELD AT 5.00 P.M. ON 14 JANUARY 2025 (“FREE WARRANTS ISSUE”)
Each Warrant D entitles the holders to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in K-One at the exercise price of RM0.2000 per Warrant D at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) commencing from and including the issue date and ending at 5.00 p.m. on the expiry date, subject to the provisions of the deed poll constituting the Warrants D dated 26 December 2024. Any Warrants D which have not been exercised at the close of business of the expiry date will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid. If the expiry date of the Warrants D falls on a non-market day, then it shall be the market day immediately preceding the said non-market day. This announcement is dated 20 January 2025.
