The Board of Directors of Datasonic wishes to announce that DTSB has on 20 January 2025 received and accepted two (2) Letters of Extension, all dated 16 January 2025 from KDN in respect of the extension of the following contracts for the total contract value of RM150,450,000.00:-
i) For the supply of the Malaysian Passport Documents to Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025 for an additional third ceiling contract value of RM57,150,000.00; and
ii) For the supply of Polycarbonate Biodata Pages to Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia for a period of twelve (12) months commencing from 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025 for an additional third ceiling contract value of RM93,300,000.00.
