Reference is made to the announcements by the Company dated 24 May 2024, 13 November 2024 and 14 November 2024.
The Company wishes to inform that during the Case Management hearing on 21 January 2025, the Plaintiff and the Defendants in the Writ Action (collectively, "the parties") have informed the High Court that they are in the midst of appointing their respective experts for the Writ Action. The High Court has fixed the date of the next Case Management on 27 February 2025 for parties to update the High Court on the status of said appointment and to take pre-trial directions.
Further announcements on the development of the above matter will be made to Bursa Malaysia where necessary.
