We are pleased to announce the proposed issuance by Maybank IB of up to 100,000,000 European style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over FCPO. FCPO-PW06 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 28 November 2024 executed by us for the Structured Warrants, as supplemented from time to time. FCPO-PW06 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 9 December 2024 and the Term Sheet dated 23 January 2025. FCPO-PW06 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. A summary of the principal terms of FCPO-PW06 is set out in the attachment. |
