On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that an office copy of the sealed High Court Order dated 6 January 2025 has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies on 23 January 2025. Accordingly, the special resolution for the SCR as confirmed by the High Court Order has taken effect on 23 January 2025 pursuant to section 116(6) of the Act.

The settlement of the SCR Offer Price to the Entitled Shareholders will be effected on 28 January 2025.
