We refer to the announcement dated 21 January 2025 (“Announcement”) and to the Bursa Queries. Unless otherwise stated herein, all definitions used in the Announcement shall apply.
On behalf of the Board, Thinkat wishes to announce the following additional information as required by Bursa Securities pursuant to the Bursa Queries.
1. Particulars of any liabilities, including contingent liabilities, in relation to the Proposed Disposal which remain with AORB, together with the details and justification for such arrangements.
There are no liabilities, including contingent liabilities, in relation to the Proposed Disposal or IW1 which will remain with AORB after the completion of the Proposed Disposal.
2. Particulars of any guarantee given by AORB to BOSB, or a negative statement.
AORB has not given any guarantees to BOSB in conjunction with the Proposed Disposal.
