The Board of Directors of Fast Energy Holdings Berhad (“FAST” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Fast Solar Sdn Bhd (“Fast Solar” or “the Vendor”), a wholly owned subsidiary of FAST had on 23 January 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with VSolar Engineering Sdn Bhd (“VESB” or “the Purchaser”) to dispose a solar photovoltaic energy generating system with a DC capacity of 1,300 kWp occupied by the customer erected on the piece of land held under Lot 3684, Jalan Kampung Orang Asli, Kg. Baru, 48050 Klang, Selangor (“Solar PV System”) for a disposal consideration of RM3 million to be satisfied by cash (“Proposed Disposal”).
