We wish to announce that CTOS-C11 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 24 January 2025 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of CTOS-C11 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of CTOS-C11 x (RM1.1922 - RM1.4500) x (1/3)
= Number of CTOS-C11 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 1.1922 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the CTOS Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and CTOS-C11 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of CTOS-C11 shall terminate absolutely.
