We refer to the announcement made by the Company dated 21 January 2025 pertaining to the Letter of Award from M East Sdn Bhd accepted by KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd, the wholly owned subsidiary of KJTS for Provision of Facility Management Services (“FM Services”) at Marlborough College Malaysia, Jalan Marlborough, 79200 Iskandar Puteri, Johor (“Announcement”) and the query from Bursa Securities dated 23 January 2025 (IQL-23012025-00001) in relation to the Announcement (“Bursa Query”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcement.
