The Board of Directors of DPI Holdings Berhad (“DPIH” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that DPIH intend to provide a financial assistance of RM4,000,000.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Four Million Only) within a period of one year at an interest rate of 4.5% per annum to Eastern Forever Sdn Bhd (“EF”), a 65% owned subsidiary of DPIH, to facilitate the running of the operations and financial affairs in the ordinary course of business and for working capital purpose (“Proposed Provision of Financial Assistance”).
