(Reference is made to the announcements made on 24 April 2024, 24 June 2024, 27 June 2024, 16 July 2024, 21 October 2024, 28 November 2024 and 24 January 2025, and the circular to the shareholders of Eden dated 9 January 2025 in relation to the Proposals (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Circular.)


On behalf of our Board, HLIB wishes to announce that pursuant to Eden obtaining the approval from the Board and shareholders for, among others, the Proposed Debt Settlement, being the final condition precedent set out in the DSA, the DSA and the Supplemental DSA have become unconditional.
