Pursuant to Paragraph 9.03 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of TMC wishes to announce that, based on a preliminary review of unaudited financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) for financial period ended 31 December 2024, the Group is expected to report a loss for the financial quarter ended 31 December 2024 (“Q22025”) as compared to the financial quarter ended 31 December 2023.

The Group’s anticipated loss for Q22025 was mainly due to the effects of termination and discount of customer contracts.

The Group is currently finalising its unaudited consolidated financial results for the financial period ended 31 December 2024 and will provide further details of its performance upon releases the said financial results to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad in February 2025.

In the meantime, shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company. Persons who are in doubt as to the action they should take should consult their stockbrokers, bank managers, solicitors, accountants or other professional advisers.
