Reference is made to the previous announcements made on 24 December 2014, 10 July 2017, 17 April 2018, 5 July 2018, 28 January 2019 and 22 March 2019.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Shah Alam High Court had at a hearing held on 21 May 2019 fixed the decision date for CMSB's judicial review against the Minister of Finance and Director-General of Customs, Royal Malaysian Customs Department on the decision to reject CMSB's appeal of remission of Import Duty and Sales Tax amounting to a total of RM11,131,511.26 on the 9th day of July, 2019.

The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter.
