OFFERING OF UP TO 117,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED PUT WARRANTS OVER HANG SENG INDEX (“HSI”) (“HSI-PWDT”)

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 117,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled put warrants over HSI by way of market making.


The HSI-PWDT is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The HSI-PWDT is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The HSI-PWDT is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under HSI-PWDT are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
