OFFERING OF UP TO 17,000,000 EUROPEAN-STYLE NON-COLLATERALISED CASH SETTLED CALL WARRANTS OVER ORDINARY SHARES OF SUNWAY CONSTRUCTION GROUP BERHAD (“SUNCON”) (“SUNCON-C30”)

We are pleased to announce the proposed issue by MCSM of up to 17,000,000 European-style non-collateralised cash settled call warrants over ordinary shares of SUNCON by way of market making.


The SUNCON-C30 is to be listed on the Structured Warrants Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.


The SUNCON-C30 is constituted by the Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024. The SUNCON-C30 is subject to the terms and conditions of the Base Prospectus dated 30 September 2024. The obligations of MCSM under SUNCON-C30 are guaranteed by Macquarie Financial Limited pursuant to the Guarantee Deed Poll dated 13 September 2024.
