MAS wishes to announce that Macnet CCN (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MAS which was placed under Members' Voluntary Liquidation on 24 August 2007 and held its final meeting on 2 June 2014, was dissolved on 11 September 2014, pursuant to section 272(5) of the Companies Act 1965.

The dissolution of the Company will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of MAS Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2014.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MAS or person connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the said dissolution.
