(Unless otherwise stated, all definitions and terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 30 September 2024).
The Board of Directors of SMIS (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Company and Yamaguchi Mfg Co. Ltd (“Yamaguchi”) had agreed to extend the Fulfilment Period for the Proposed Disposal from 30 January 2025 to 28 February 2025 (the “Extension”).
All other terms and conditions as stated in the conditional Shares Sale Agreement (“SSA”) shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
It was noted that none of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to such Director and/or major shareholder have any interest, direct or indirect in the said Extension.
