We wish to announce that IJM-C88 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2025 (“Expiry Date”). The Closing Price of RM2.5669 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of IJM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Closing Price is lower than IJM-C88's Exercise Price of RM3.50, holders of IJM-C88 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised IJM-C88 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the IJM-C88 shall terminate absolutely. This announcement is dated 31 January 2025. |
