We wish to announce that SUNCON-C22 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2025 (“Expiry Date”). The Closing Price of RM3.59766 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of SUNCON shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Closing Price is lower than SUNCON-C22's Exercise Price of RM5.00, holders of SUNCON-C22 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SUNCON-C22 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SUNCON-C22 shall terminate absolutely. This announcement is dated 31 January 2025. |
