We wish to announce that PCHEM-C98 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2025 (“Expiry Date”). The Closing Price of RM4.68074 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of PCHEM shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Closing Price is lower than PCHEM-C98's Exercise Price of RM6.20, holders of PCHEM-C98 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised PCHEM-C98 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the PCHEM-C98 shall terminate absolutely. This announcement is dated 31 January 2025. |
