We wish to announce that TENAGA-C2N expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2025 (“Expiry Date”). The Closing Price of RM13.68256 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of TENAGA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Closing Price is lower than TENAGA-C2N's Exercise Price of RM14.50, holders of TENAGA-C2N will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised TENAGA-C2N will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the TENAGA-C2N shall terminate absolutely. This announcement is dated 31 January 2025. |
