We refer to our earlier announcements made on 29 August 2023 (Ref No. GA1-29082023-00095), 24 January 2024 (Ref No. GA1-24012024-00044), 26 January 2024 (Ref No. GA1-26012024-00013), 23 May 2024 (Ref No. GA1-23052024-00036), 3 January 2025 (Ref No. GA1-03012025-00024) and 20 January 2025 (Ref No. GA1-20012025-00043) in relation to Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 23 August 2023 filed at the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur (WA-22NCvC-470-08/2023) ("the Suit"). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcements.
The Board of Directors of TVHB wish to announce that, the Court has notified parties that if the Court-assisted mediation on 25 March 2025 is unsuccessful, the hearing of the Striking Out Application will proceed on that same day.
