Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 23 January 2025 and 27 January 2025 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (the “Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements. The Board of Directors of Fast wishes to announce the following additional information: 1. The date of investment in the Solar PV System by Fast Solar. The date of investment in the Solar PV System by Fast Solar is on 7 October 2021. 2. Particular of (i) any liabilities, including contingent liabilities, in relation to the Proposed Disposal which remain with Fast Solar/Fast Energy, together with the details and justification for such arrangements; and (ii) any guarantees given by Fast Solar/Fast Energy to VESB. There are no contingent liabilities or guarantees in relation to the Proposed Disposal that remain with Fast Solar/Fast Group, nor are there any guarantees given by Fast Solar and/or the Company to VESB. This announcement is dated 5 February 2025. |
