The Board of Directors of Southern Score Builders Berhad ("SSBB" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has incorporated a new subsidiary, Southern Score Digital Sdn Bhd [Registration No. 202501004818 (1606232­M)] ("SSDSB"), in Malaysia under the Companies Act 2016, on 3 February 2025.

The issued share capital of SSDSB is RM100.00, divided into 100 ordinary shares, where 60 shares are held by the Company, with the remaining 40 shares held by Mr Chong Min Chun ("Mr Chong"). Mr Chong has over 9 years experience in the building and infrastructure industry, specialising in delivering Buildings Information Modelling (BIM) and digital engineering solutions for complex multidisciplinary projects across Singapore and Malaysia while leveraging his expertise in project and interface management.

The Directors of SSDSB are Tan Sri Datuk Seri Gan Yu Chai, Mr Gan Yee Hin and Mr Chong. 

The intended principal activities of SSDSB is to provide Digital Engineering Advisory Services, Construction Advisory Services, Buildings Information Modelling Services and any business activity or undertaking conveniently carried on therewith.

The incorporation of SSDSB is not expected to have a material impact on the earnings and net assets of the Company for the financial year ending 30 June 2025.

None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company, nor persons connected to them, have any direct or indirect interest in the incorporation of SSDSB.
