The Board of Directors of HAILY GROUP BERHAD (“HAILY” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that a wholly-owned subsidiary under the name of HAILY ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202501005293 (1606707-K)) (“HESB”) has been incorporated with an initial issued capital of 2 ordinary shares issued at a price of RM1.00 per share.

HESB was incorporated on 6 February 2025 under the Companies Act 2016. The intended principal activity of HESB are provision of civil engineering services and infrastructure construction projects.

None of the Directors and/ or major shareholders and/ or persons connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect in the incorporation of HESB.
